just wanted to write and thank you for all the hard work that you and your
colleagues have put into The Passion. Unfortunately, I was out of Leicester,
speaking at another conference and was unable to be part of the throng this
year! This is a
positive and imaginative witness to the people of Leicester. Your efforts are

Just a small note to
say how much I enjoyed 'Christ in the Centre'.
I thought the actors,
costumes and props were so professional and
what a lovely ending when Jesus walked
through the crowds. I do hope this
continues for many years in our City Centre. Mrs T

Thank you for the
inspiring and moving dramatisation of 'the Passion' on Good Friday. The whole event was a great encouragement to Christians and I'm convinced will
have
spoken to passers by, the words of Jesus being carried out into the surrounding
streets. The images on the large TV screen also I'm
sure, had a big impact on people. Please
keep
going!

It was fantastic to see something like this in our city
centre celebrating the Easter story. My congratulations to all involved in such a moving portrayal, well enacted
without being
unnecessarily brutal.
It certainly provided huge discussion with my friends from church.
I am also pleased to see how much coverage the
project received in the local press.

I only saw the
events in
Town Hall Square
and Humberstone Gate and found the latter particularly moving.
The choice of words and songs as part of the act of worship there
was also particularly apt in my opinion.
